SBO แทงบอล Katusha’s bid for temporary licence rejected by Court of Arbitration for Sport
Katusha’s bid to be given temporary registration as a WorldTour team has been rejected by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The Russian outfit is appealing the International Cycling Union’s (UCI) decision not to sbo award them a racing licence for the 2013 season sbo แทงบอล and asked the CAS for stop-gap registration until their case is heard.
However, the Switzerl sbo แทงบอล and-based court has rejected the plea sbo แทงบอล and did not offer a reason why.
A CAS statement said: “The Court of Arbitration for Sport has rejected a request for provisional measures filed by Katusha Management SA asking for the temporary registration of its professional team in the 2013 UCI ProTour.”
The CAS sbo แทงบอล will now consider Katusha’s main appeal at the earliest opportunity after last season’s No 2-ranked team were denied a WorldTour licence by the UCI in December on “ethical grounds”.
The CAS statement added: “A hearing sbo แทงบอล will be scheduled shortly in order for a final decision to be issued as quickly as possible.”
Should Katusha’s main appeal fail, it appears inevitable that Joaquim Rodriguez sbo แทงบอล will leave the team.
The 33-year-old Spaniard finished the 2012 season as the No 1-ranked rider sbo แทงบอล and is understood to have several offers from WorldTour teams on the table.
